Business partners and friends of the company from Austria, Germany and other European nations accepted their invitations and enjoyed the evening’s festive and entertaining flair.
Helfrid Mooshammer thanked the customers and suppliers under the motto, “Success is built on trust!” In addition, in his address, Christian Hochegger stressed the pleasure derived from facing challenges and the enthusiasm generated by shared objectives.

Christian Hochegger (49) has been part of our team as an executive partner since January 2018. His career commenced with studies at commercial college and a logistics apprenticeship, after which he spent six years as a planner in an international company. From 1991 to 2017, he then worked at two further logistics companies where he gradually assumed responsibilities as a planning, forwarding and executive manager.
In his position as INTERCARGO’s second executive partner, the experienced forwarding specialist is enlarging our pan-European truck operations.
Over thirty years of experience in every area of logistics competence have provided Christian Hochegger with all the skills needed for the further development of the company.
On 22 December 2016, the executive management awarded Mr. Pattermann the power of attorney as recognition of both his professional and further training achievements.
Mr. Pattermann has been lending his expertise to the â€œForwarding Landâ€ team since June 2012.
For the INTERCARGO executive management, the allocation of the power of attorney represents recognition of personal responsibility, reliability and team spirit. In recent years, Mr. Pattermann has dedicated a considerable part of his leisure time to studies at commercial college, which he has now concluded with outstanding success.
In response to this pleasing achievement, Helfrid Mooshammer, the INTERCARGO CEO, commented: "Werner Pattermann provides a shining example of the importance that we attach to quality management and customer service. Since August, Ms Negi has been undergoing training as a freight forwarding administrator at INTERCARGO in Salzburg.
Rachana Negi is 21, was born in India in 1995 and came to Austria with her family as a ten-year-old. She attended commercial college in Salzburg, where she successfully passed her A-levels and as a consequence now has an opportunity to complete a shortened two-year, specialist training course.
In only a few months, Rachana Negi has won the recognition of customers, business partners and the company team alike. In particular, her personality is characterised by openness, teamwork skills and determination.
During her schooling, Ms Negi already gathered initial experience in dealing with people and customers, which has certainly greatly eased her transition to the professional world. In addition, during her education she used a “START Trust” scholarship, which furthers talented and committed young people with a migratory background.
